We serve clients both near and far.  In no event should you forgo calling our office due merely to distance. We are fully capable and practiced at representing clients who are not in our immediate vicinity.

Our attorneys are licensed in California, Colorado and Massachusetts; we have also been admitted as out of state counsel (pro hac vice) in due process cases in other states. Call our office to determine if we can assist you.

Our primary office is located in Oakland, California and is readily accessible via both private and public transportation.  We are within walking distance of the Lake Merritt BART Station, Oakland Ferry Dock, and the train station at Jack London Square.  While we are located in a busy area, on street parking is generally available and most parking is free for 2 hours.  There is also paid parking available.  Clients are invited to our office by appointment.
